Both bedrooms have a Queen bed and ensuite. The open-plan living and dining area looks into the treetops, while the main ensuite includes a large deep bath with garden views. The apartment has a full, well-equipped kitchen, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a wood heater.

It can be provided furnished or unfurnished and has its own entrance and off-street parking.

The setting

Tamborine Mountain

Sky Island sits high on the eastern side of the mountain, surrounded by subtropical gardens and bushland. Residents are welcome to use the shared observation deck overlooking the Gold Coast and Pacific.

The apartment adjoins our small guest retreat. Quiet hours are 9 pm–8 am, and the deck is intended for quiet enjoyment rather than gatherings.

The grounds are unfenced and there is steep terrain down towards the road, so the setting will not suit every household.
