Choose between one of three open-plan studios or the larger Yellow Cottage. After you enter dates, Sirvoy will show which individual units are available and the current price.
Three open-plan studios — Red, Blue and Green — each for up to two guests. All have a Queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area, desk and well-equipped kitchen, with large glass doors making the most of the forest, Gold Coast and ocean views.
A larger two-bedroom cottage for up to three guests, with lounge, full kitchen, private bathroom and a large bath with garden views in the main bedroom.

Breakfast is included with short stays. Depending on guest numbers, breakfast is served à la carte or buffet style.
Buffet breakfast is available from 8:30–9:30 am in the colourful guest lounge, with a big/English breakfast, warm and cold pastries, cereals, seasonal fruit, coffee, tea, juices and smoothies.
Every unit has its own kitchen, and there are plenty of restaurants around Tamborine Mountain.
Homemade pizzas can be delivered to your room from 6–8 pm. Drinks and snacks room service is available from 3–9 pm.
Guests can use the colourful guest lounge, gardens, covered deck and viewing platform. The observation deck looks across the Gold Coast to the Pacific and includes our rather loosely defined Sky Island “beach”.
The guest lounge remains available during the day and includes books and games.
Private outdoor parking is available on site and is monitored by security camera. A second vehicle, trailer or large vehicle can usually be accommodated by arrangement.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises. All units have air conditioning and electric heating.
The three studios have an electrical stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, kitchen items and basic cooking ingredients.
The Yellow Cottage has a gas stove as well as microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger and kitchen equipment.
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. As a small family business, early check-in and late check-out cannot always be accommodated because rooms need to be prepared between guests.
Children aged 7 years and older can be accommodated and must be included in the guest count when booking. Younger children cannot be accommodated.
Pets cannot be accommodated, large or small.
Direct bookings are made online and prepaid by credit card.
Direct bookings cancelled up to 3 days before arrival receive a full refund less the payment transaction fee (typically 1.7% for cards). Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. Third-party bookings follow the cancellation policy of the site used to make the booking.
